- All of our items are shipped via US Postal Service - Priority Mail, unless stated otherwise on the product page. We provide tracking for all our orders which may be tracked by logging into "My Account" and checking shipping status. Most orders ship within 24 hours except on weekends in which case all orders will ship the next business day. Some items are shipped from international destinations and may take longer than the usual 2-3 day service we provide.
- Returns & Replacements
- We are so certain that you'll enjoy all our products that we offer an unconditional 30 day money back guarantee. If the product doesn't meet your expectations please contact us via the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of every page, for a return for a full refund minus shipping fees. Before anything can be shipped back we must be contacted to provide a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA number). In order to qualify for a full refund the item must be returned in the same condition that it was in when shipped out. If your product arrives with defects or is damaged in shipping we'll immediately offer a replacment or credit for another item.
- Ordering
- All orders must be made online at this website. At this time we don't have a phone number for general sales to call in orders. Although we often sell our items on other sites such as eBay, all policies, order tracking and other information associated with the order will follow the policies and procedures of the site where the product is being sold.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We currently accept PayPal, Google Checkout and Visa and Mastercard. Due to higher fees charged by American Express and Discover we currently don't offer those options for payment. Prices as posted on the site may change without notice and may be negotiable when ordering in bulk. We will occasionally run special promotions and various offers, we reserve the right to refuse any special promotions or discontinue a promotion earlier than the intended termination date. Only one coupon code (promotion) only may be used during checkout.
- Viewing Orders
- If you are a registered member of the site you may view your orders by clicking on "My Account" at the top of every page. If you checked out without registering for the site you will receive email notifications as your order is updated. By registering for the site you will have access to many tools and options that simplify ordering, returns, communications and will receive special promotions if you so choose.
- Updating Account Information
